Ice-T (born Tracy Lauren Marrow on February 16, 1958 in Newark, New Jersey) is an American actor and rapper who is known for his role as Odafin "Fin" Tutuola on "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit."
He began his career as an underground rapper in the 1980s and signed a record deal with Sire Records in 1987. A year later, he founded the record label, Rhyme $yndicate Records. He co-founded the heavy metal rock band, Body Count in 1990, who stirred up controversy in 1992 with their song, "Cop Killer."
Ice-T's film credits include "New Jack City", "Breakin'" "Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo," "CB4", "Who's the Man?" and "Tank Girl."
