Tichina Arnold (born Tichina Rolanda Arnold on June 28, 1969 in Queens, New York) is an American actress who is known for her roles in television shows such as "Ryan's Hope," "All My Children," "Martin," "Everybody Hates Chris," "Happily Divorced," "Survivor's Remorse" and "The Neighborhood."
